multi: migrate to btcd v2 modules 
Update LND, Aperture, and Taproot Assets to revisions using the
btcd v2 modules, and update lndclient to v0.21.0-3. Migrate Loop
chain, transaction, and address types to their corresponding v2
packages.

The lndclient release includes the migration from:
https://github.com/lightninglabs/lndclient/pull/280

Taproot Assets is temporarily replaced with its btcd v2 revision
because the v0.8 release branch has not adopted the new modules.

This raises the minimum Go version to 1.26 and changes exported
address types.

New Features

Breaking Changes

  • Loop now uses the btcd v2 modules and requires Go 1.26. Projects compiling against Loop's exported Go APIs must migrate address, transaction, and related types to the corresponding btcd v2 packages.

  • Instant Out and reservation RPCs now require the loop:out permission. Operators using custom scoped macaroons must rebake them before calling ListReservations, InstantOut, InstantOutQuote, or ListInstantOuts. PR #1194

Bug Fixes

  • Loop Out requests now account for channel reserves when checking outbound capacity, preventing swaps from starting when their off-chain payment cannot be funded.

  • Improved Instant Out and reservation validation, lifecycle cleanup, recovery timing, fee limits, and macaroon permissions. PR #1194

  • Taproot Asset Loop Out handling now validates RFQ timeouts and asset rates, keeps cached asset-name lookups responsive during slow tapd queries, and closes tapd connections cleanly during shutdown and startup failures. PR #1189

Maintenance

  • Added a CI gate and repository agent guidance requiring every pull request to include a non-empty entry in the next release notes unless it carries the no-changelog label.
