RTL/server/utils/common.test.ts
continue[bot] d723bad591 Add backend test coverage for CommonService utilities
- Add vitest and @vitest/coverage-v8 as dev dependencies
- Create vitest.config.ts for backend testing configuration
- Add comprehensive tests for CommonService in server/utils/common.test.ts
  - Tests for maskPasswords, removeAuthSecureData, removeSecureData
  - Tests for convertTimeToEpoch, convertTimestampToTime
  - Tests for sorting utilities (sortAscByKey, sortDescByKey, etc.)
  - Tests for string utilities (camelCase, titleCase)
  - Tests for error handling (handleError)
  - Tests for node management (findNode, replaceNode)
  - Tests for version checking (isVersionCompatible)
  - Tests for getMonthDays and getRequestIP
  - Tests for runWithConcurrencyLimit
- Add npm scripts for backend testing:
  - test:backend: run backend tests
  - test:backend:watch: watch mode
  - test:backend:coverage: with coverage report
