Maximilian Nitsch 1832ad742a Change docker image compile architecture 
The default compile architecture (march=native) depends heavily on the
host CPU and thus it is not suitable for a generic x86-64 Docker image.
Therefore, for the Docker images, it is changed to march=x86-64
instead.
