Felix Walter 586b130802 bundle6: Make dict serialization safer 
This introduces bounds checks in the BPv6 dictionary serialization
logic so bugs in the calculation cannot result in out-of-bounds writes.
Overall, the whole BPv6 serialization logic should be rewritten at some
point as it is much more complex than it has to be.
