looprpc: map custom channel reason 
Static autoloop testing surfaced a SuggestSwaps failure when the
planner disqualified a custom asset channel.

Add the missing AutoReason enum value and handle ReasonCustomChannelData.

looprpc: expose static autoloop output 
Extend the public rpc surface for static autoloop integration
without turning the planner on yet. SuggestSwaps responses can
now carry static-address loop-in requests and the new planner
reason for missing static candidates is mapped over rpc.

looprpc: add autoloop loop-in source 
Add a dedicated loop-in source enum to the liquidity parameters
rpc and wire it through the internal parameter model and CLI.

This keeps the source selection explicit before any static
autoloop planning lands, so operators can choose between the
legacy wallet-funded path and a future static-address-backed
path without relying on implicit fallback behavior.

Add macaroon permissions for the new StaticOpenChannel RPC method
and change StaticAddressLoopIn action from read to execute to match
other swap operations.

looprpc: extend client.proto with lnrpc.OutPoint and lnrpc.OpenChannelRequest 
In this commit we import the lnd's lightning.proto into client.proto to
then be able to use lnrpc.OutPoint and lnrpc.OpenChannelRequest instead
of the looprpc.OutPoint type.
This is safe because the lnrpc and looprpc versions of OutPoint are the
same type.

looprpc: fractional amount for static address loop-ins 
The QuoteRequest adds a field auto_select_deposits to signal
that the specified quote amount should be coin-selected from
the client's deposits to determine the number of deposits to
quote for.
The StaticAddressLoopInRequest gets a new amount field that
either indicates that the swap amount should be allocated
from the passed deposits or coin-selected from all available
deposits.

multi: update GetInfoResponse response 
Update the output of the `commit_hash` field in the GetInfoResponse.
The `commit_hash` field will contain the most recent commit_hash that
the build was based on. If the build had uncommitted changes, this field
will contain the most recent commit hash, suffixed by "-dirty".

Note that this change also changes the output of `commit` field in the
`--version` command. The `Commit` field will now contain most recent git
commit tag.
