ziggie 68ad283d3e chanstate: remove store generics ... Drop the temporary channel type parameter from the channel-state store interfaces now that OpenChannel lives in chanstate. The domain store subinterfaces now refer to *OpenChannel directly while retaining the same backend-independent shape.
