Gijs van Dam 07dc74e198 multi: endpoints for onion messages ... This commit creates the necessary endpoints for onion messages. Specifically, it adds the following: - `SendOnionMessage` endpoint to send onion messages. - `SubscribeOnionMessages` endpoint to subscribe to incoming onion messages.
