In this commit, we land the joint exp-010b verdict. The codex arm bred the program's first no-collapse challenger: a hybrid of cross-payment network memory and up-front planning against a reservation ledger, statistically even with mx_c3 on hard, OOD, and mainnet, and the most attempt-frugal router yet measured at 1.6 attempts per mainnet payment. It still falls short on the held-out atomic tier, so the champions stand after a fifth challenge -- this one on an arena built expressly to tax their reactive ladder. The proposer A/B flipped relative to exp-010: deliberate large-step reflection wins in low-noise environments and misfires in churn-noisy ones. Winners archived, exploit-grep clean. |
