ziggie 316c2d936b htlcswitch: bound intercepted auto-fail height ... The interceptor exposes its derived auto-fail height as an int32. Calculate the height in int64 and fail forwards whose deadline cannot be represented with expiry_too_far. Add coverage for the range check and subsequent forward handling.
