multi: upgrade to btcd v2 modules
Migrate all btcd dependencies to the new per-package v2 modules (wire/v2,
txscript/v2, chaincfg/v2, chainhash/v2, btcutil/v2, psbt/v2, btcec/v2)
introduced by btcd v0.26.0, and pin the tagged ecosystem versions:
btcwallet v0.17.0, neutrino v0.18.0 and lightning-onion v1.4.0.

The bulk of the import rewrite was produced by the scripted diff from
https://github.com/btcsuite/btcd/pull/2547 (followed by 'make rpc'). The
address symbols that moved out of btcutil into the new address package
are imported as btcaddr where a local "address" variable would otherwise
shadow them. The go.mod/go.sum updates and the remaining manual
compilation fixes are folded into this single commit so it builds on its
own (the migration was previously split into a reproducible scripted-diff
plus follow-ups, intended to be squashed on merge).

graph/db: refactor CachedEdgePolicy to use explicit boolean fields
Replace MessageFlags and ChannelFlags bitfields in CachedEdgePolicy
with explicit boolean fields to improve clarity and support both v1
and v2 channel updates:

- Replace MessageFlags with HasMaxHTLC boolean.
- Replace ChannelFlags with IsNode1 and IsDisabled booleans.
- Update NewCachedPolicy to extract these fields version-appropriately:
  - For v1: derive from MessageFlags and ChannelFlags bits.
  - For v2: derive from policy.SecondPeer and policy.DisableFlags.

Update all call sites that used method calls IsNode1() and IsDisabled()
to instead access the fields directly. This includes:
- graph_cache.go: policy direction and disable checks
- unified_edges.go: HasMaxHTLC and IsDisabled checks
- Tests: policy construction and assertions

This refactoring improves readability by making the cached policy's
state explicit rather than encoded in bitfields, and enables seamless
support for both gossip protocol versions.

graph: fix graph cache population for channels with both policies disabled
Fix a bug where channels with both policies disabled were not added to
the graph cache during startup. When a policy update later re-enabled
one of the directions, the update would succeed in the database but fail
to update the graph cache (since the channel structure was never added),
preventing the channel from being used for routing.

graph/db: let GraghCache.AddChannel take CachedEdgeInfo
Define a new CachedEdgeInfo type and let the graph cache's AddChannel
use this. This will let us later on (for the SQL impl of the graph db)
only load from the DB what we actually need for the graph cache.

graph/db: let GraphCache.AddChannel take cached edge polies
So that the call-sites of this method dont necessarily need to fetch all
the data required to populate the full ChannelEdgePolicy.

graph/db: let GraphCache.UpdatePolicy take a cached policy
Update the GraphCache.UpdatePolicy method to take a
`models.CachedEdgePolicy` instead of a `models.ChannelEdgePolicy`.
Doing this will allow us later on to only fetch the necessary info for
populating the CachedEdgePolicy when we are populating the cache via
UpdatePolicy.

graph/db: simplify GraphCache.UpdatePolicy signature
Remove the redundant "edge2" param and rather use the "policy" param to
derive the boolean.

graph/db: use InboundFee directly from ChannelEdgePolicy
Now that we know that the InboundFee on the ChannelEdgePolicy is always
set appropriately, we can update the GraphCache UpdatePolicy method to
take the InboundFee directly from the ChannelEdgePolicy object.

graph/db: remove GraphCacheNode interface
With the previous commit, the AddNode method was removed and since that
was the only method making use of the ForEachChannel on the
GraphCacheNode interface, we can remove that method. Since the only two
methods left just expose the node's pub key and features, it really is
not required anymore and so the entire thing can be removed along with
the implementation of it.

graph/db: remove unnecessary AddNode method on GraphCache
The AddNode method on the GraphCache calls `AddNodeFeatures` underneath
and then iterates through all the node's persisted channels and adds
them to the cache too via `AddChannel`.

This is, however, not required since at the time the cache is populated
in `NewChannelGraph`, the cache is populated will all persisted nodes
and all persisted channels. Then, once any new channels come in, via
`AddChannelEdge`, they are added to the cache via AddChannel. If any new
nodes come in via `AddLightningNode`, then currently the cache's AddNode
method is called which the both adds the node and again iterates through
all persisted channels and re-adds them to the cache. This is definitely
redundent since the initial cache population and updates via
AddChannelEdge should keep the cache fresh in terms of channels.

So we remove this for 2 reasons: 1) to remove the redundent DB calls and
2) this requires a kvdb.RTx to be passed in to the GraphCache calls
which will make it hard to extract the cache out of the CRUD layer
and be used more generally.

The AddNode method made sense when the cache was first added in the
code-base
[here](369c09be61 (diff-ae36bdb6670644d20c4e43f3a0ed47f71886c2bcdf3cc2937de24315da5dc072R213))
since then during graph cache population, nodes and channels would be
added to the cache in a single DB transaction. This was, however,
changed [later
on](352008a0c2)
to be done in 2 separate DB calls for efficiency reasons.

refactor: move graph related DB code to graph/db from channeldb
This is a pure refactor commit. It moves over all the graph related CRUD
code from `channeldb` to `graph/db`.
