multi: use published sqldb/v2 dependency 
Update the `sqldb/v2` dependency in go.mod to the published version, and
update the litd code to adhere to the new changes in the `sqldb/v2`
package.

Given that the official `sqldb/v2` package is now used, we can also
remove the `sqldb/v1` dependency from the go.mod file, as it is no
longer used in the codebase.

mod: add sqldb/v2 dependency to litd 
In upcoming commits, we will introduce support for sqldb/v2 in Lightning
Terminal, in order to support code migrations. This is needed, so that
we can ensure that the kvdb to sql migration is run exactly after an
exact sql migration version, and not after all sql migrations have been
executed. The reason why that's important is that sql table definition
may change with future sql migrations, while the kvdb to sql migration
will remain the same and always expect the same table definition.
Therefore, if the kvdb to sql migration is run after all sql migrations,
it may fail due to a table definition mismatch.

This commit adds the sqldb/v2 dependency to `litd`, so that we can
implement it's usage and execution of the kvdb to sql migration
correctly in the upcoming commits.

NOTE: currently the sqldb/v2 dependency hasn't been shipped in any
lnd release, so this dependency currently a forked version of
sqldb/v2.

5960b65cfa
itest: remove custom channels tests and backward compat infrastructure 
Custom channels integration tests have been fully migrated to the
taproot-assets repository where they run natively via the tapd-integrated
binary without any lightning-terminal dependency. This removes the
duplicate test suite and all supporting infrastructure from LiT.

The LiT-specific itests are unaffected.

multi: bump taproot-assets taprpc & migrate 
Bump `taproot-assets` to `v0.7.1` & `taprpc` to `v1.0.12`. This tapd
uses a new migrate dependency version, and therefore that is also bumped
in `litd`.

As the `tapd` `/universerpc.Universe/Info` call now requires a macaroon,
we need to add the `taproot-assets.allow-public-uni-proof-courier` to
the node config in order to whitelist the call.

terminal: bump lnd, loop, tapd & lndclient 
Bump `lnd` to v0.20.0-beta.rc2, `loop` to `v0.31.5-beta`, `tapd` to
`v0.7.0-rc2` and `lndclient` to `v0.20.0-3`.

Also bump `looprpc`, `swapserverrpc` and `taprpc` to the versions used
in the respective releases.

This commit also includes an update to the protos and sample data to
reflect the changes in the bumped dependencies.

accounts: add migration code from kvdb to SQL 
This commit introduces the migration logic for transitioning the
accounts store from kvdb to SQL.

Note that as of this commit, the migration is not yet triggered by any
production code, i.e. only tests execute the migration logic.

Before this commit the backward compatibility would fail and channels
would force close. But by updating to the fixed version of tap, the

perms: extract into standalone module to limit LNC dependencies 
Converted the perms package into its own module to prevent Lightning
Node Connect from importing the entire lit repo, which includes
taproot-assets. This change avoids exhausting symbol limits in the LNC
WASM client due to unnecessary transitive dependencies.
