feat: integrate standalone-ng docker wrapper with Jam Web UI (#1265)
* feat: integrate standalone-ng docker wrapper with Jam Web UI

- Add Dockerfile and entrypoint for standalone-ng wrapper service
- Update docker-compose files to support standalone-ng container(joinmarket6)
- Enhance log retrieval and frontend logic for new log file layout
- Update Vite config and constants for standalone-ng backend mode
- Improve documentation for regtest and backend selection
