Google APIs ff15be5472 feat: initial release of the Agent Identity Credentials API (v1) 
The Agent Identity Credentials API provides a standardized way to manage authorization credentials for AuthProviders.

Key Features:
   - Retrieve authorization credentials for specific auth providers
   - Finalize credentials to complete OAuth consent exchanges
   - Support for Python client libraries with flattened method signatures for easier usage
