Google APIs e7cd9a7360 feat: initial release of the IAM Connector Credentials API (v1alpha) 
The IAM Connector Credentials API provides a standardized way to manage authorization credentials for IAM Connectors.

Key Features:
 - Retrieve authorization credentials for specific connectors
 - Finalize credentials to complete OAuth consent exchanges
 - Support for Python client libraries with flattened method signatures for easier usage
