36533b09a6 fix: upgrade gRPC service registration func 
An update to Go gRPC Protobuf generation will change service registration function signatures to use an interface instead of a concrete type in generated .pb.go service files. This change should affect very few client library users. See release notes advisories in https://github.com/googleapis/google-cloud-go/pull/11025.

758f0d1217 chore: Enable requesting numeric enums in "transport=rest" responses for services supporting this (Java, Go, Python, PHP, TypeScript, C#, and Ruby), even if they do not yet turn on REST transport

079ef843a8 feat: Introduce the event publishing using JSON representation of CloudEvents 
Clients can now use either the Protobuf or the JSON CloudEvents representation
when interacting with Eventarc Publishing API. This change benefits both
Channel and ChannelConnection consumers.
