f5a3a5b9ab gui: Add close window shortcut (Miguel Herranz)
Pull request description:
CMD+W is the standard shortcut in macOS to close a window without
exiting the program.
This adds support to use the shortcut in both main and debug windows.

In Qt 5.12 and before the QFontMetrics::width() is used and it is
deprecated since Qt 13.0.
In Qt 5.11 the QFontMetrics::horizontalAdvance() was introduced.

Pull request description:
Invalid/wrong dynamic calls aren't verified by the compiler. This PR asserts those dynamic calls. Once we bump Qt to at least 5.10 these can be refactored to use the `invokeMethod` overload that allows connecting to lambdas or member pointers, which are compile checked.

- In `src/rpc/server.cpp`, replace `std::transform` with simple loop.
- In `src/validation.cpp`, store the `boost::signals2::connection` object and use it to disconnect.
- In `src/validationinterface.cpp`, use 2 map to store the `boost::signals2::scoped_connection` object.

9ad6746ccd Use static_cast instead of C-style casts for non-fundamental types (practicalswift)

A C-style cast is equivalent to try casting in the following order:
1. `const_cast(...)`
2. `static_cast(...)`
3. `const_cast(static_cast(...))`
4. `reinterpret_cast(...)`
5. `const_cast(reinterpret_cast(...))`
By using `static_cast<T>(...)` explicitly we avoid the possibility of an unintentional and dangerous `reinterpret_cast`. Furthermore `static_cast<T>(...)` allows for easier grepping of casts.
