fa2c72dda0 rpc: Set RPCArg options with designated initializers (MacroFake)

Pull request description:

  For optional constructor arguments, use a new struct. This comes with two benefits:
  * Earlier unused optional arguments can be omitted
  * Designated initializers can be used
