LevelDB block and coin databases

Browse source 
Split off CBlockTreeDB and CCoinsViewDB into txdb-*.{cpp,h} files,
implemented by either LevelDB or BDB.

Based on code from earlier commits by Mike Hearn in his leveldb
branch.
