Rusty Russell a25c1d45ad libplugin: make jsonrpc_set_datastore_binary() take an explicit length. 
This means it doesn't have to be a tal ptr.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
