niftynei 7b3a4799db coin-moves: when a splice confirms, send a channel_closed event ... We weren't properly notifying that a channel output has been spent in the case of it being spent in a splice. This fixes the notification side of the equation, however there's still some issues remaining for the bookkeeper side (to come).
