Rusty Russell b99293fbb6 short_channel_id: don't accept :-separated in JSON if --allow-deprecated-apis=false 
We need to still accept it when parsing the database, but this flag
should allow upgrade testing for devs building on top

Plugin Directory

Anything file in this directory which is executable and doesn't start and doesn't contain ASCII symbols other than '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
