Use -stdin to bitcoin-cli: we can then handle arguments of arbitrary length.

Changelog-Fixed: plugins: `bcli` would fail with "Argument list too long" when sending a giant tx.

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
