Rusty Russell 359f1b8a30 bookkeeper: fix uninitialized variable. 
Valgrind found this.  I think two PRs were added in parallel, which is why we

Plugin Directory

Any file in this directory which is executable and whose name only consists of alphanumeric characters, space, '.', '-' or '_' will be automatically loaded when lightningd starts (unless suppressed with commandline options).
