feat: add Sovereigncast to the App Store

Sovereigncast (https://sovereigncast.space) is an open-source,
self-hosted suite for running a Podcasting 2.0 show: episode
production, Value4Value accounting over Lightning, and donation-driven
release scheduling, with AI integration woven throughout. It connects
to a wallet via NWC to track incoming boosts and donations.

- New logo (200x200 PNG) at src/assets/suggested-apps/sovereigncast.png
