feat: add Blitzpool to app store

Blitzpool is a peer-to-peer hashrate marketplace on a Bitcoin mining pool.
Anyone running a miner can list it for rent and earn from it — it is not a
provider selling hashrate, the sellers are ordinary users.

A Hub connection is therefore used in both directions: paying for hashrate
rented from others, and receiving earnings from rigs the user lists. It
already speaks NWC, including the NWA connect flow with budget and renewal,
so no custom app is needed — the standard connection works as-is.

Adds a "Mining" category. It has one app for now; `shopping` is precedent
for that. Happy to move this under `payment-tools` instead if you would
rather not carry a single-app category — in that case the title should
become "Blitzpool Mining Rentals", since the bare brand name says little
next to payment tools.
