This allows Apple Silicon users to be able to just use the pre-built lib
"out of the box". Apple clang linker will auto-magically do the right
thing when linking depending on platform.

This commit:
- Adds building docker images for multiple architectures (currently intel, arm64)
using docker `buildx`
- Temporarily modifies the `Dockerfile` to use `ppa:mainnet-pat/opt-qt-5.13.2-bionic`
which is a clone of previously used `ppa:beineri/opt-qt-5.13.2-bionic` but builds
arm64 deb packages as well. Author is contacted to support this in their repo.
- Calin verified that the input source tree and build control files are identical to ~beineri
- Adds librocksdb.a static lib built for arm64 (should be generally useful outside of docker)
Upgraded the included headers and static libs to this latest version of
rocksdb. It is hoped that performance and memory consumption will
improve as a result of this update.
Also we bumped the app version to 1.3.3.
- Updated robin_hood library (robin_hood.h) to version 3.6.0 release
- Updated rocksdb to 6.6.4 release headers + staticlib (OSX, Windows, &
Linux)
- Updated build instructions in Fulcrum.pro to reflect changed commit
hash for rocksdb, and changes to how Windows is built.
- Bumped version to 1.0.4
All the rocksdb headers have been moved to the staticlibs folder
to prevent include path conflicts. They have also been removed
from the project file as they are not necessary for building and
when using a system rocksdb the headers are different ones.
Storage.cpp has been changed to include rocksdb from the system
include path first.
In the project there are new feature flags, the first of them
being "staticlibs" and set by default. These can be overridden
from the qmake command line like this:
qmake -makefiles features= Fulcrum.pro
The project now only adds the staticlibs to the include and
library path when the feature is set.
